I agree to personally view the Gregory Enterprises' Home Inspection Courses and personally answer the required quiz questions.  I understand that levels of education, background and experience vary in the field of home inspection. I will not use or misuse the provided information to levels of inspection beyond my personal education, background, experience or held licenses.  I will not perform or provide services based on the information in the provided courses that require other State Licenses unless I hold these licenses.  Gregory Enterprises: The Home Inspection Training Center, assumes no liability related to the course material or the use of the course material.
The provided courses, online course materials, classroom course materials, Text book content, inspection procedures, and other training materials are property of The Home Inspection Training Center, Gregory Enterprises).  It is understood that all content is protected intellectual property laws. I understand and agree that I can not use these courses for any other purpose than to obtain my personal Pre-Licensing or Continuing Education experience and or credits to obtain or maintain home inspector licensure.  I will not share, copy, download, sell, transfer, teach, or use these courses in any way except to obtain personal knowledge or course credits to obtain or maintain home inspection licensure. I understand that  I am purchasing the right to review and read these course materials and that the courses and all contained photographs, reporting statements, inspection procedures, and information remain property Gregory Enterprises:The Home Inspection Training Center.
If  I copy and or infringe on the rights of Gregory Enterprises:The Home Inspection Training Center in any way, I understand that Gregory Enterprises: The Home Inspection Training Center will pursue legal actions to recover losses. Misuse of this program could also result in the denial of the right to attend future courses, revoked Course and Program Credits, and forfeiture of any fees paid to Gregory Enterprises: The Home Inspection Training Center. Gregory Enterprises:The Home Inspection Training Center reserves the right to refuse or deny use of this program to any person if it is suspected that the course material will be misused, copied or stolen.  I confirm that I am not currently and I will not become or become affiliated with any software company, home inspection software company and or home inspection training program in a manner as to provide training, software, or other products to home inspectors. Any product or service developed using Gregory Enterprises intellectual property, any training materials and or information gained from training materials will be considered as derivative works will be considered as property of Gregory Enterprises.
I promise to be honest and honorable as I continue with this program and view the courses for my personal use only to obtain or maintain home inspection licensure.  I understand the purpose of Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education is to inform and enhance the knowledge of persons desiring to become a home inspector or for existing home inspectors.  I personally agree to meet the Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education requirements as I obtain my pre-licensing training an or CE credits.  I have read and understand the entire honor code and the THITC Legal and Privacy Notice.
